[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving the quiet mix compared to my older mixer. Looks great on bench. Still getting use to detaching paddle, as use to quick release, find getting food all over hands when trying to remove. But sure will master it.

My only gripe is the dough hook for this version tends to pull dough up and it needs to be adjusted regularly. Otherwise, everything works perfectly
