Create the ultimate culinary solution with the Fisher & Paykel 76cm Primary Modular Induction Cooktop. Designed to seamlessly integrate with other auxiliary cooktop and teppanyaki modules, it's easy to find a place for this stylish cooktop in your kitchen. The intuitive 6-inch touchscreen complements the modern aesthetic of the cooktop, but also optimises your cooking experience by giving you control over all cook zones and connected ventilation. What's more, this cooktop boasts impressive cooking features: the precision induction technology leads to an efficient use of heat as well as perfect cooking results, while the SmartZone technology links two cooking zones and controls them as one, giving you flexibility in how you cook. If that wasn't enough, you can easily monitor your cooktop using the SmartHQ app which provides real-time updates about power levels, timer settings and more straight to your smartphone.
Superior Efficiency
Less heat is wasted during induction cooking because only the cookware is heated, not the cooktop surface. This makes induction cooking more energy-efficient than electric or gas cooktops.
Large, Flexible Cooking Area
SmartZone links two cooking zones and controls them as one, giving you the flexibility to use large pans and griddles and easily handle bigger food items such as a whole fish.

Terrible controls
Power button is near invisible. Sync with extractor fans is unreliable. Controls unnecessarily complicated. Poorly sized cook surfaces. Mostly too small.
cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this cooktop and it's been fantastic. It's taken a bit of trial and error, as the zones are 'hotter' than what I have at home - I might use 8 or 9 at home, but only have to use 7 on this one. The smart zones are a great feature.
As good as gas!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a reluctant convert from gas to induction having has previous frustrating experiences with induction. Well, I am won over - my new hob is awesome! The control of heat is excellent and the heat is even across the pan/pot base.
Oh - and cleaning is a breeze!!
