Beautiful Grey Finish and Outstanding Performance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve recently installed this Fisher & Paykel induction cooktop as part of our new kitchen, and it has exceeded our expectations. The minimalist design is stunning, and the grey glass finish looks far more modern and refined than a traditional black cooktop. It adds a subtle premium touch that really complements contemporary kitchens.
The 6-inch touchscreen is intuitive and responsive, making it easy to control all four cooking zones. The induction performance is outstanding—water boils incredibly quickly, heat adjustments are instant, and the precision makes cooking a pleasure. The SmartZone feature is also excellent for larger pots and pans.
Another standout feature is the grey glass itself. Not only does it look fantastic, but it also seems much more forgiving of everyday use. It has proven to be very scratch resistant, and fingerprints and dust are far less noticeable than on black glass. It’s also incredibly easy to clean, with most spills wiping away effortlessly.
Overall, the build quality, performance and thoughtful design make this feel like a truly premium appliance. If you’re looking for a high-end induction cooktop that performs exceptionally well and looks even better, I highly recommend this cooktop!
Simply a superb appliance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having to replace an old faithful electric cooktop due to no replacement elements being available, was a bit stressful. We had made up our mind it had to be a 90cm induction cooktop, but not in black, so we decided on the F&P as there were not many brands available in grey, and we weren’t interested in some European brands that we knew would be hard to get serviced or obtain parts for. We are delighted with the F&P induction, as it is very fast to heat up, it holds selected temperatures very accurately, and is a dream to clean. It really is a superb appliance.
