Great if you want half cooked toast
Less than 12 months old and half the elements are failing. Timer inconsistent.

Black coating is SO thin
We bought this toaster together with the matching kettle a couple of weeks ago. I cannot believe how thin the black coating is. Yes, the toaster works OK as in it does toast bread, but even the softest cloth scratches the ridiculously thin black coating. It doesn’t help that it has a bright white coating underneath too. We are extremely gentle with appliances in our household, have no kids, and yet this is what our toaster looks like just after 2 weeks. Extremely disappointed and confused as to how this product/coating made it past testing.

Beautiful looks but not very well designed
Im buying this but I wish the crub trays were in front. No one cleans toasters from behind. This is why I only give 3 stars.
