History
For over 100 years, Sunbeam has been producing innovative, high-quality products. Their story begins in 1880, with the formation of the Chicago Flexible Shaft Company - an American Group - which primarily produced and sold farm-equipment, but also manufactured a selection of highly popular electrical appliances. In 1946, it became known as the Sunbeam Corporation and by the late 70s, Australian designers were being hired to develop solutions unique to this country.
