Great Customer Service
The service was fantastic. Ordering was easy. Delivery and removal of old fridge was very smooth and done the very next day in a professional manner. The fridge itself was quite good. Plenty of shelf room and a good size freezer. A very good looking fridge too. Unfortunately there was a fault detected with the seal to the freezer door which meant that the freezer baskets were icing over. Appliances online agreed to replace the fridge which was not expected but very much appreciated. We elected to get a black stainless quad door fridge as a replacement as the model we were returning was not in stock. This was no problem and we are very happy with our new fridge.
Freshwater Fridge Purchase
The fridge is everything we wanted, cold water dispenser and ice maker but importantly large draws for vegetables, meat, cheese, fish and cold meats and plenty of shelving. Appliances online gave an impeccable service removing the old fridge and installing the new would not hesitate using appliances on line in future
