Okay but not great
My main concern is the spin top speed of 1200 rpm which seems to leave towels wetter than I expected (my previous machines were AEG and ASKO so very different price points and quality I guess). The programs all default to a spin speed of 800rpm so you need to adjust for every wash. The eco cotton cycle is 5 hours!
I bought this machine as it has an anti microbial treated rubber gasket and I’ve had some problems with mould despite always making sure the door is open and never leaving washing in the previous machines. The other appeal was the 5 year manufacturer’s warranty
Appliances online service has been exemplary. It was very easy to contact and speak to someone local about my concerns and they sent out a technician to have a look asap.
