Design could improve
Nice and stylish looking kettle, but some design aspects need more thought. It’s very heavy and doesn’t balance well in the hand. As someone with damaged thumb joints, I prefer a kettle that is easy to pick up and fill. This one has no spout, so the lid has to be opened, which is annoying.
