This is honestly the most frustrating coffee machine I have ever owned. I bought this expecting quality, and instead I’ve been dealing with constant error messages and maintenance warnings. Almost every week, the machine forces you into long maintenance routines that take over an hour, just looping the same messages again and again. I want coffee, not another system warning. Descaling completely broke me. I spent nearly three hours trying to get through it, used up all my descaling tablets, and the machine still refused to accept that the process was done. It just kept showing the same message over and over: “Empty and refit the drip tray. ” I did that countless times. Nothing worked. The technology has completely taken over this machine in the worst way. It’s overly sensitive, unforgiving, and feels fragile. A basic task like descaling turns into a nightmare, and there’s zero flexibility when something goes slightly wrong. At this point, I’ve gone back to my old coffee machine because it actually works. This one is extremely expensive for how unreliable and stressful it is to use. I’m beyond disappointed.
