too time consuming to use
too complicated to use successfully. Cleaning and using too time consuming. Why have to remove items for carrying out cleaning process more hassle and more items to get broken through mis use. the drip tray never as well as the beans containers do not fit easily and am constantly told not fitting etc. again unnecessary time consuming. Keeping clean another issue and understanding the language of some processes not my style
