Received Used Miele Vacuum Instead of New
Dear Appliances Online Customer Service,
I have been a loyal customer of Appliances Online since 2015 and have always appreciated the convenience and service your company provides. However, I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase and feel compelled to bring this matter to your immediate attention.
Today, I picked up my order—a Miele vacuum cleaner—from the local post office. Upon opening the box, I was shocked to find that the machine was covered in heavy dust and dirt. To my further dismay, the dust bag inside was already full of dust, and the hose appeared dirty and used. This is completely unacceptable, as I purchased this item brand new and paid the full price for a new product.
I expect Appliances Online to uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Selling and delivering what appears to be a used or refurbished product as new is both misleading and unethical.
Good basic vacuum
I like Meile vacuums as they are a reliable vacuum with great suction. This model is a more basic version than I previously had as the pipe is not adjustable and the tools hang on the outside. Other than that it works well.
