We have found the machine very easy to set up and use. Makes great coffee.
This is our second machine and you can see upgrades.
Still sorting out how to make two coffees at the one time, the wife tells me to read the manual.
Very happy with our purchase.

Pros and cons
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good coffee. But - milk won’t ever be warm enough (it’s just how it is). Has made simple to clean though, as I use an external milk frother which makes great warm milk. Also - user gets asked to empty grinds even if it’s empty (fair enough, no sensor to detect, and better to be side of reminding to empty than not). Perhaps screen could ask - are grinds emptied so can click ‘yes’ rather than needing to take tray out. This is a good machine for a 2 adult house, but I do suggest using an external milk warmer.
