With a high saturation of CO2 gas in your sparkling water, it will remain bubblier for longer and taste better as a result. You can adjust the fizz in your sparkling, which is helpful if you’re trying to convert dinner guests from the still water life.

You can also adjust the temperature of your chilled water, which can be useful if someone in your household has particularly sensitive teeth. Your chilled and sparkling water will pass through the unit’s Ice Bank to ensure consistency in temperature and a higher level of carbonation.
