Not as user-friendly or reliable as older one
I had a 6th Sense Grill & Crisp since 1998 and it lasted for more than 15 years before tha high voltage cap shorted. Loved the crisp funtion. This newer model had newer better design crisp plate, not as user-friendly quick use menu that always defaults to auto-cook function rather than manual setting option. I liked the forced-fan oven function but it only lasted 16 months before this function started intermittently stopping midway. Luckily, it failed before the 2 year warranty expired, so AO took it back and refunded as there was no replacement.
Smartest and Quickest Dinner Machine
Efficient, Clean & Fast food preparation and reheating is what you get with this multi function oven. And I'm not kidding about multi function with Crisp n Grill, Microwave, Forced Air, Steam and combinations of these being on offer to defrost, cook and reheat your meals
Counter intuitive
We bought this microwave because we had an earlier model with similar features that we wet we
were very happy with. However the controls on this model are completely counter-intuitive. I can't believe Whirlpool could have designed something like this.
