[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this early January and the auto dose has never worked. It's taken 3.5 months to have someone replace half the machine. Im too scared to try the auto dose again because I had to tip out the last lot of detergent and fabric softner. I can't afford to keep replacing.
Electrolux kept cancelling my service to have the machine fixed and a couple times not notifying me when a new date was set.

The size is amazing when it comes to washing loads of towels or the king size bed linen, add in the multiple washing modes to get it exactly right every time not only for the clothes and what not but also for the amount of washing liquid and fabric softener used because of its auto load technology. Well worth the money in every aspect.
