[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The auto-dosing is genuinely life-changing. No more excuses from the family that they “don’t know how to use the washing machine.” It measures everything itself, does the job perfectly, and removes one more thing to think about.
This was a replacement for another trusty Electrolux that had served 12 years of hard labour, every day or more. She put up with three kids, football, soccer club uniforms, and endless towels. She worked so hard for so long that when it came time to upgrade, it was a no-brainer to stick with the same brand.
The new machine is slightly larger (which makes sense, since the humans are larger too!). It’s noticeably more efficient, and I get through the never-ending laundry pile faster.
The sleek black finish looks fantastic, and if you’re wondering whether to get the matching dryer - don’t hesitate. I went 15 years without one and regret waiting that long! The fact that the washer talks to the dryer - just do it. Really. And the app? Rockstar move. I can sit at work and remind the kids (again and again…) to move the washing to the dryer. Its simple and easy to use the app and keeps on top of what is going on at home.
Laundry might still be endless, but now it’s smart, efficient, and a little bit satisfying.
