Good performance with useful app features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the Electrolux UltimateCare 700 10kg washer and 6kg dryer for some time now, and overall the performance has been very good. Washing results are consistent, and the machine runs quietly. The build quality feels solid and reliable.
One improvement I would suggest is that when a predefined washing program is selected, the machine should provide a sound alert if the recommended load weight for that program is exceeded. This would help avoid overloading and improve wash results.
I also use the Electrolux app to control the machine. The app unlocks additional predefined programs and allows changes to RPM and water temperature. The Program Assistant feature is particularly useful, as it asks simple questions such as wash type, colour, and dirt level, then creates a suitable program automatically.
However, there is currently no option, either on the machine or in the app, to manually set the wash time. Having the ability to adjust or define wash duration would be a valuable addition for users who want more control.
Overall, it is a well-designed washer dryer with strong performance, and with a few software enhancements it could be even better.
