Worst Toaster Ever

Does not toast evenly. Worst one I have ever had. One side toasted, other side not at all. Or one side toasted and one burnt. Happens in every slot. And no it is not the bagel setting being used. Have tried dozens of times, but always the same. And DeLongi does not respond to emails. It looks pretty, but totally useless
