Great
Haven't had it long, but so far, it's great. Delivery was quick & installation was smooth. We really appreciate the old one being taken away also.
Better than expected
Bought this to replace my old 8 kg heat pump - even though it was still working.
Unit is made in Turkey . Dries really well without over doing it. Settings are great and it’s quite quiet. Most importantly it has REVERSE drum drying. Really important you check this folks because one way drying is a NIGHTMARE!!! Clothes dry ok but sheets turn into a tight and crinkly football and you’ll end up having to untangle many multiple times throughout the drying cycle.
At 9 kg this one is also a little bigger than my old one and the size of the drum seems to also make a difference on the drying speed and the gentleness on the fabrics as I also don’t get as much lint in the lint catcher. As with all heat pump dryers it takes longer to dry but I am so used to that by now:
I noticed the 1 star review and feel that even though it is an accurate comment it’s a little unfair as you should really do a little more research when buying something different to what you are used to. It should not be a reflection on the unit itself.
If you want really fast drying - you don’t want a heat pump.
Only down side to this machine is that the door is not as sturdy as my old units but old unit was almost double the price. Small compromise for the money - and with the 5 year warranty can you really go wrong??? So far so good and recommend.
