This machine is quite great. Silent but does the job really well. Comes with lots of presets. The Wifi option is another advantage and gives me the ability to check when the washing is done.

This is a great product, compliments with the dryer.

The look of these machines is great and the only ones I could find at this smaller dimensions to fit in our space in the granite. Unfortunately echoing some other reviews they are complex and not very user friendly/ intuitive. Even after washing almost every day for the past couple of weeks I am still needing to reference the manual and feel there are questions I still have that can not be answered. I don’t believe the auto dose is a very good feature. I’ve run the machine on an empty wash just to make sure the detergent is being used as the clothing at times doesn’t smell like it has been. Would be much better if this was manual so you knew the detergent was coming out as you need to fill approx a litre of detergent at a time so it’s hard to tell if a small amount was taken in the last wash. I tried to contact their support team but had troubles there too… a bit hard basket if I’m honest. We are still within our 60 day return window so still undecided which way we will go with them. The dryer is good also a bit hard to use/ understand… haven’t had any troubles though with it drying things so long as you set the dryness level to 3 or 4 on whichever setting.
