Needs just a little improvement to be 5 stars.
The product is great, but the paper manual feel like it was put together in a rush. There is no real explanation of what extra functions available via a long-press on the buttons. It makes more sense to always control the appliance via the homewiz application. The application itself works well, but if you come back to it after using it, it's always "Disconnected" and you have to restart the application - at least on Android. Lastly when you do control the machine via the application, it does not display a time remaining on the screen of the appliance until it reaches the spin cycle, or when the cycle is a drying cycle. If you use the machine via it's controls, this doesn't seem to be the case. All of these problems could be fixed with a better manual and software updates to the application and machine. I am however happy with the way it washes and dries clothes, and it's also not a loud machine.
Beko / washer dryer
Unfortunately the product I got was faulty and is being returned. Because of this I can't give an accurate evaluation. However I have had a Beko product before and was very happy with it.
Amazing features for a reasonable price!!
I've just received my Beko washer/dryer combo and so far love its easy and versatile use. It's quiet and fits into my small laundry which is a great space saver, compared to a separate washer and dryer. Using the WIFI feature allows me to set and forget while I'm at work, enabling me to keep up with my laundry needs with my busy schedule. Drying time is a breeze during winter and it fits a good sized load easily.
